We are No Brakes Games, a talented team of indie developers passionate about creating quality games. We are now looking for a QA Lead to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania, to work on our upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:
- Get involved in the entire process of game testing:
- Plan and design test cases (Unity, C#).
- Plan and execute performance testing.
- Maintain and improve our automation framework (C#).
- Specialize in DevOps:
- Ensure studio infrastructure meets production requirements.
- Maintain virtualized build machines (Proxmox, Linux).
- Automate build deployment (Steam, gaming consoles and other hardware).
- Establish and maintain a positive work environment to foster and grow a positive QA Culture.
- Mentor and line manage the QA department.
- Encourage cross-team knowledge transfer and education.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of industry experience in QA or software engineering.
- Working experience with Unity and its profiler.
- Understand Quality Assurance techniques, testing, & automation frameworks and various test methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, unafraid to ask questions and to improve communication.
- Ability to form and enhance productive internal/external working relationships.
- Familiarity with popular console platforms, related peripherals, PC Software/hardware.
- Passion for video games and software quality.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: C++, C#.
- Familiarity with Grafana.
- Scripting/coding experience.
- Higher education in IT.
